About 4D Skin Care Clinic

4D Skin Care Clinic is an independent, locally owned skin-care clinic in Edgemont Village, North Vancouver. Our family's skin-care clinic history began in Iran in 1993; our North Vancouver clinic opened in 2017. Today our team offers laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and laser treatments, laser tattoo removal, injectables, facials, permanent makeup and body contouring.

Every treatment plan starts with a consultation. We look at your skin, ask about your health history, medications and goals, and explain the options that may suit you, including what each treatment can and cannot do, how many sessions are usually needed and what recovery looks like. Consultations for laser, skin and body treatments are complimentary, and injectable consultations are with our physician.

Our Story

The 4D name comes from our family's first skin-care clinic, which Saeid Marandi and Foroozan Saneie founded together in Iran in 1993 and ran for many years. In 2017, Foroozan and Sepehr Marandi brought that experience to North Vancouver and opened 4D Skin Care Clinic, with a focus on laser and energy-based treatments delivered by experienced practitioners. Over the years the clinic has added injectables with a family physician, permanent makeup, facials and body treatments.

Our North Vancouver team now includes laser practitioners and technicians, a family physician for injectables, a permanent makeup artist and a clinic manager who looks after bookings and client care. New practitioners are trained in-house on each device they use before they treat clients, and our clinical advisor helps us review new technologies and treatment protocols before we add them.

More than 800 ratings and reviews across Google and other platforms (as of October 5, 2026). 4D has been BBB-accredited since July 2025 and has received awards from Corporate Vision (2024 to 2026), Consumer Choice (2025 to 2026) and LUXlife (2025). Sepehr Marandi

Founder & Lead Laser Practitioner

Sepehr Marandi is the Founder and Lead Laser Practitioner at 4D Skin Care Clinic. Since opening the North Vancouver clinic in 2017, he has worked extensively with advanced laser, IPL, radiofrequency and other energy-based technologies, with more than 10,000 hours of hands-on treatment experience.

His treatment focus includes Hollywood Spectra laser treatments and the Venus technologies offered at 4D, including IPL photofacials, IPL acne treatments, radiofrequency skin tightening, Venus Viva radiofrequency resurfacing, TriBella and radiofrequency body treatments. He also performs laser toning, pigmentation treatments and tattoo and permanent makeup removal.

In addition to treating clients, Sepehr leads practitioner training, technology selection and treatment protocols at 4D, and he oversees the clinic's day-to-day operations. His consultations focus on careful assessment, honest guidance and realistic treatment plans, so each client understands their options before deciding.

Foroozan Saneie

Co-Founder & Senior Laser Practitioner

Foroozan Saneie is a Co-Founder and Senior Laser Practitioner at 4D Skin Care Clinic, bringing more than 25 years of experience in laser and skin care. She co-founded 4D Skin Care Clinic in Iran in 1993 with Saeid Marandi, ran it with him for many years, and in 2017 co-founded the North Vancouver clinic. Her primary specialization is laser hair removal, with extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of skin and hair types.

Foroozan takes a careful, personalized approach to treatment planning, with a strong focus on client comfort, appropriate settings and consistency throughout a client's course of treatment. As one of 4D's co-founders, she has played an important role in the clinic's development, staff coordination and treatment standards.

Dr. Abbas Moshkforoush

Family Physician & Cosmetic Injector

Dr. Abbas Moshkforoush ("Dr. Moshk") is a family physician and cosmetic injector with more than 20 years of medical experience. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, he brings a medically grounded approach to aesthetic treatments.

At 4D Skin Care Clinic, Dr. Moshk provides anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and injections for excessive sweating. Every injectable treatment starts with a consultation in which he reviews your medical history, facial anatomy and goals before recommending a plan. His focus is on balanced, natural-looking outcomes, safety and follow-up care.

Saeid Marandi

Founder, 4D Skin Care Clinic (Iran, 1993) & Clinical Advisor

Saeid Marandi trained and practised as a dermatologist in Iran and has more than 33 years of skin-care experience. He co-founded 4D Skin Care Clinic in Iran in 1993 with Foroozan Saneie, and he still runs it. At 4D's North Vancouver clinic he serves as Clinical Advisor, advising on technology selection and treatment protocols. He is not licensed to practise medicine in BC and has never provided treatments in Vancouver.

Maryam Zeidabadi

Laser Hair Removal Specialist

Maryam Zeidabadi is a Laser Hair Removal Specialist at 4D Skin Care Clinic with an international medical background in gynecology. Her medical training brings a thoughtful perspective to her work in aesthetics and supports the detailed, client-focused approach she takes with every treatment.

At 4D, Maryam focuses on Elite iQ laser hair removal. She takes time to assess each client's skin and hair, explain the treatment process clearly and tailor each appointment to the individual, with comfort and appropriate settings as priorities.

Angela Santoro

EMS Specialist & Laser Technician

Angela Santoro joined 4D Skin Care Clinic in 2020 and brings more than a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry. As an EMS Specialist and Laser Technician, she combines hands-on treatment experience with a strong background in client care.

Angela's work includes body treatments, laser treatments and other aesthetic technologies offered at 4D. Having also coordinated client care at the front desk, she understands the client experience from booking through treatment and follow-up, and she makes sure clients feel comfortable and informed at every step.

Bita Afi

Permanent Makeup, Brow and Lash Artist

Bita Afi is 4D Skin Care Clinic's permanent makeup, brow and lash artist. Her training includes PhiAcademy BoldBrows Artist (2021), PhiAcademy PhiTattoo Artist (2023) and PhiAcademy Skin Expert (2023) certificates, plus Canadian Association of Medical Spas & Aesthetic Surgeons (CAMACS) certificates in Facial and Eyebrow Pigment Microblading (Certificate of Achievement, 2019) and Face Permanent Make-up and Face Balancing (Certificates of Evaluation, 2021).

Bita's training began in Iran and continued internationally, including advanced permanent makeup education in Germany, and she has been part of the 4D team since 2019. With a background in art and cosmetic design, she plans each treatment around facial features, proportions, colouring and the client's preferences. Her services include microblading, lip blush and permanent eyeliner. Permanent makeup appointments are booked during her scheduled visits to the clinic.

Medisa Marandi

Clinic Manager & Client Relations

Medisa Marandi is 4D's Clinic Manager and leads client relations. She manages the front desk and appointment bookings, answers questions about treatments and packages, and follows up with clients between visits. She is often the first person clients speak with, and she helps them find the right appointment, prepare for their visit and stay on track with their treatment plan.

Treatments at 4D

Laser hair removal. We use the Elite iQ laser for laser hair removal on the face and body, for women and men, with prices per area and multi-visit packages.

Skin rejuvenation and laser treatments. For concerns such as uneven tone, sun spots, redness, enlarged-looking pores, acne-prone skin, texture and loss of firmness, we offer carbon laser facials, laser toning, IPL photofacials, RF microneedling, microneedling, skin resurfacing, RF skin tightening and TriBella. Your consultation helps decide which option fits your skin.

Laser tattoo removal. Tattoos and older permanent makeup can be lightened over several sessions spaced weeks apart.

Injectables. Anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and injections for excessive sweating are provided by our physician after a medical consultation.

Facials and exfoliation. Classic facials, diamond microdermabrasion and dermaplaning facials for clients who want regular, gentle skin maintenance.

Permanent makeup, brows and lashes. Microblading, lip blush and permanent eyeliner by Bita Afi, with brow design and a touch-up visit.

Body contouring. Radiofrequency treatments for the look of firmer skin and smoother-looking cellulite on the body.

Our Approach to Care

We keep our approach simple: assess carefully, explain honestly and treat with appropriate settings. That means taking time to understand your skin type, history and expectations before any treatment, telling you when a treatment is unlikely to help, and adjusting your plan as your skin responds.

Our main treatment devices are licensed by Health Canada, injectables are performed by a physician, and practitioners focus on the treatments they are trained and experienced in. Results vary from person to person, so we explain what a realistic outcome looks like for you rather than promising a specific result.

We also want your visit to feel easy. You can book online any time, manage or reschedule your appointment through the link in your confirmation email, and reach our front desk by phone or email with questions before or after your treatment.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment is usually a consultation. Your practitioner reviews your skin, health history and medications, and asks what you would like to change. For laser and light treatments, we also consider your skin type, recent sun exposure and any products you use, because these affect which settings and treatments are appropriate.

You will hear what a realistic course of treatment looks like for your goal: how many sessions are usually needed, how far apart they are, what you may feel during treatment and what recovery is like. If a treatment is not a good fit, we will tell you. Written aftercare instructions are sent to you by email after each treatment session.

Injectable treatments are assessed and performed by our physician, Dr. Abbas Moshkforoush.

Visit Our Clinic

Our clinic is on the second floor of 3053 Edgemont Blvd, Suite 203, in Edgemont Village, North Vancouver, with lift access and underground parking. We designed the space to feel calm, bright and comfortable, from the reception lounge to the private treatment rooms.

Edgemont Village is a walkable neighbourhood of local shops and cafés, close to Capilano Road and Highway 1, so the clinic is easy to reach from across the North Shore and from Vancouver. Many clients plan their appointment around errands in the village.
