Terms & Conditions of Use & Service

1. Acceptance

By visiting 4dskin.ca, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Website Use

Content is for general information only and is not medical advice. Results vary by individual. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to book treatments.

3. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, text, and treatment protocols are owned by 4D Skin Clinic Ltd. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice
  • Full payment is due at time of service unless pre‑approved financing is arranged
  • Gift cards are non‑refundable and do not expire
  • Only one introductory Groupon‑type voucher per new client; additional vouchers will be voided or converted to clinic credit at face value

5. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee or forfeit one prepaid session.

6. Refund & Credit Policy

  • Discounted packages and promotional bundles are non‑refundable after 30 days from purchase
  • Unused sessions may be converted to equivalent cash value toward another service at regular pricing
  • No cash refunds on treatments already rendered
  • If equipment failure prevents treatment, we will reschedule or credit you

7. Medical Suitability

Some treatments are contraindicated for pregnancy, certain medications, or health conditions. You must complete an intake form and disclose relevant information. We may refuse or postpone service for safety reasons.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, 4D Skin Clinic Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or treatments, including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Third‑Party Links

External links are provided for convenience only; we do not control or endorse their content.

10. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number you consent to receive transactional SMS from us for appointment reminders and urgent updates. Marketing SMS are infrequent (maximum four per month). Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.

11. Call Recording

Inbound and outbound calls to our main number are recorded for quality assurance and staff training. By calling us, you consent to this recording.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any dispute must be filed in the courts of British Columbia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of our services after a change signifies acceptance.
