  • Identifiers – name, mailing address, email, phone, date of birth
  • Health & treatment data – medical history, skin type, photos, consultation notes
  • Payment data – last four card digits, amounts (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Website usage – IP address, browser type, cookies, pixels
  • Mobile data – SMS logs required for reminders and support
  • Call recordings – inbound and outbound calls to our main number are recorded for quality assurance and staff training

4. How We Use Information

  • Book, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Deliver treatments and post‑care support
  • Send transactional emails or SMS (reminders, invoices, emergency notices)
  • Send occasional marketing offers if you have not opted out
  • Improve services, website performance, and ad relevance
  • Meet legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations

5. SMS/Text Messaging Policy (TCR Compliance)

  • Purpose – appointment reminders, urgent closures or reschedules, two‑way support; marketing texts are rare and never exceed four per month
  • Automatic opt‑in – by becoming a client and providing your mobile number you consent to receive SMS from us. Reply STOP any time to opt out; HELP returns support info
  • Frequency & rates – 0‑4 texts per appointment cycle; message and data rates may apply
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text‑messaging opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties

6. Cookies & Online Tracking

We use first‑party cookies (session security, preferences) and third‑party analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads). By continuing to browse our site you consent to this use. You can disable cookies in your browser or, once implemented, use our cookie‑settings banner to opt out of non‑essential cookies.

7. Disclosure of Information

We never sell personal data. We may disclose it to:

  • Service providers (payment processors, booking and EHR platforms, email/SMS gateways) bound by confidentiality agreements

8. Data Security & Retention

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Health records are retained a minimum of seven years. Marketing data is deleted when you withdraw consent or after 24 months of inactivity.
